SAN FRANCISCO - The new iPod Touch introduced by Apple yesterday puts the iPhone to shade because of its multiple features that are as good if not better than the iPhone.

First time jobless claims in U.S. fall »
The number of jobless workers filing first time claims for benefits in the country fell marginally in the week ended 18 August, the labor department said in a report Thursday. Initial claims for the week were down by 2,000 at 322,000, which is the lowest since 4 August and which halts gains during the last three weeks.
