The Director of the most recent Angelina Jolie film ‘Changeling’ received ‘Director of The Year Award’ at the annual Hollywood Film Festival Awards ceremony in Beverly Hills, CA. The award was presented to him with a bouquet of adulatory words by none other than Jolie herself who took time out to pay the tribute to Eastwood.

Elderly people require four times the normal dose of flu vaccine to be adequately protected from the virus, a recent study has revealed. A team of researchers from the University of Rochester said they found the bigger dose more effective in people aged 65yrs and older.

Researchers continue to discover more truth in grandma’s innumerable health tips. The latest finding provides evidence that vitamin D provides a host of health benefits one of which is preventing rickets. A report released Monday in Boston by the American Academy of Pediatrics said children must get at least 400 international units (iu) daily of the vitamin. Previous recommendations had limited the intake to only 200iu.
