ACME Content, Co. merges with UEG
It has been learnt that United Entertainment Group (UEG), company known for ground-breaking branding and marketing strategies, has acquired ACME Content, Co., that is celebrated as a proficient integrated marketing, promotions and branded content agency. It has also been found that ACME Founder and President David F. Caruso and Chief Strategy Officer Robby Wells have already joined the UEG team as Executive Vice President/Partner and Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy respectively.
United Entertainment Group was formed under the auspices of President and CEO Jarrod Moses and leading Hollywood talent agency United Talent Agency (UTA). It is known in the realm of USA for building brand-specific entertainment properties and creating entertainment-based marketing solutions for major consumer brands. It basically focuses on six key practice areas for its clients: Branded Entertainment, Integrated Media, Brand Development, Property Development, Multi-Cultural Marketing and Live Event Creation.
Speaking on this Jarrod Moses stated, “UEG is a one-stop shop for brands and entertainment entities to build new communications platforms.” Clients include high profile brands such as Procter and Gamble, Frito Lay, Seventh Generation, American Legacy Foundation (anti-smoking campaigns), Diageo and American Eagle Outfitters.
On the other hand ACME Content, Co., which was founded in 2007, was known for assisting marketers in encouraging consumer interest and sales through its development of engaging and immersive content solutions. The services of the agency included content strategy and creative development, branded entertainment solutions, brand extensions and custom publishing. Its client roster included notable brands such as Procter & Gamble’s TAG Fragrance Company, Sean John I am King Fragrance, Hastens, a Swedish luxury bed manufacturer and the non-profit Sean Kimerling Foundation.
It has already been said that ACME Founder and President David F. Caruso has joined the UEG team as Executive Vice President/Partner and his new role will be to work in tandem with UEG’s management team on the creation of new media business models as well as with Wells, the development proprietary web systems in the entertainment space.
