WebOS to be prime concern of Palm, Inc.

There is a new announcement from Palm, Inc., noteworthy personal digital assistant and smartphone manufacturer headquartered in Sunnyvale, California and responsible for popular products such as the Zire and Tungsten PDAs, Centro and Pre smartphones, and the LifeDrive. As per the company, it will stop developing new handsets running on Microsoft’s Windows Mobile operating system. Reason? This is done in order to focus on its own WebOS in a better manner. Nevertheless, company is still reporting losses and low sales on its flagship device, the Palm Pre.
