Building muscles nowadays is an obsession in reality. Now why do you want to do it? Are you interested to make a healthy body and earn the appreciation of others? However apart from this there is also a need of doing free-hand exercises. It will be better to jog for half an hour on days when you do not lift weights. As you have already made a 3 days week, try to jog and exercise with free hands on the other days. Now, if you want to lose weight only, you can surely jog and lift weight on the same day. But for muscle building try to keep them separate. There is also the need of a good protein along with these. The best would be to intake animal protein in the form of meats and eggs. But do everything after the workout. Have the protein powders that are amply available in the market and blend with water. If you have a strong liking for vegetarian diets you can select green vegetables and nutritious fruits.
Keep in mind that the best time for workout is before 7 in the morning. Finish the entire program by that time. Do not try to eat meat or drink protein powder after half an hour from finishing. In that case you may gain more mass.
Now as far as the exercises with dumbells are concerned you shall have to follow a strict discipline. You, in no way, can alter the routine or else the result may be disastrous. There are several exercises that have to be followed in sequence. They include Bicep Curls, Reverse Bicep Curls, Bench Press, Chest Flys, Overhead Press, Upright Row, Lateral Raise, Pullover Over Your Head, Triceps Press and several others.
