There is surely no one who can deny that water is the basis of human civilization and any society devoid of it would cease to exist; for that reason water is known as life in the realm of India. Well, we are not philologists and are certainly not going to ponder the word water and its origin and influence on people. On the contrary, we would try to focus on its various uses. Is this true?

We all are conscious of obesity and its fallout. It is basically a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems. We are also aware of the fact that Body mass index (BMI), a measurement which compares weight and height, defines a person as overweight (pre-obese) when their BMI is between 25 kg/m2 and 30 kg/m2, and obese when it is greater than 30 kg/m2. What we do in spite of having this knowledge? We remain unaware of the basic ways to get rid of or shun this corpulency and go on to suffer.
