Waste plastic technology to play imperative roles in India

If I do say of waste plastic technology, it may appear as alien to many. But truly speaking, throughout the global arena the notion of alternative fuel derived from waste plastic is high on the agenda of scientists and environmentalists and at last it has reached the Indian shores too. It has been learnt that the Public Works Department (PWD) of New Delhi, in order to ensure a smooth ride during the Commonwealth Games, is set to make use of waste plastic technology to resurface a total of 242-km road length in the city at a cost of around Rs 250 crore.
