Whatistheword.com - or rather what is the word? this simply asks the question what is the latest news, information or of course gossip on a particular story in the news or just breaking. This site aims to cover the main categories and topics in the news or just making news of interest to us and hopefully to you too. We also provide a main and category based RSS syndication feeds, which update as soon as a news story is released or comment posted by a visitor. This enables subscribers to catch all the latest news as and when it happens and of course, free of charge, the feeds are also easy to implement as most browsers now cater for bookmarking RSS enabled web sites.

That is it really, a news and current affairs site, easy to use and hopefully navigate, created for you and us. You can contribute by posting comments and opinions or you can send in your own stories, which if pass out guidelines have a chance of publication too.
