As a man of science , I've never seen a conflict between evolution & belief in a deity that created life & the universe. Evolution tells us what happened ( & is happening) , but not why. It can't. It would seem that this is where religious beliefs come into play..The problems begin when one excludes the other. Science goes where the answers are found , & if later findings prove the accepted facts as wrong ; they change. Challenge is a necessary component of valid scientific endeavours. Intransigence on the 'creationist' side , however , start with the answers & refute any possible alternative explanations.

The more important critical point to keep in mind, however, is this: If Christian belief requires one to deny the scientific facts about the real world, then Christian belief is wrong. Period. So, really, Christians have little choice: Either they take facts about the real world into account that they might not like and bring their Christian beliefs into the modern world by modifying their theological perspective accordingly, and they deny reality and thereby make their Christian beliefs obsolete.

America is not responsible for the health and well-being of illegal aliens. They are not even to be in this country let alone expect us to give them free healthcare. We need to start worrying about Americans and legal citizens, not lawbreakers. Let them go back to their own country and have them cure their ills. Perhaps if the illegals find out their gravy train is drying up, they will either self deport or not come at all. Enforce our immigration laws and deny illegals any and all benefits

DEFINING IMPOTENCE
Erection problems are a common in adult men as almost all men at some point in their lives experience occasional difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. In most people, it is a temporary condition that goes away with little or sometimes no treatment. But, for many it may be an ongoing problem that requires intervention.
There is a vast array of solutions on offer today, virtually all of which make claims without any clinical tests or trials. UNTIL NOW! A recent clinical trial of a plant extract (Butea Superba) showed improved erectile performance in over 80% of all men that took the herb. Now available online under the brand name HealthyED (see www.healthyed.co.uk), Butea has exactly the same effect on men as Viagra but without the use of chemicals. So for those of us wishing to improve your performance this really could be the answer.

Gee. And we wonder why we are bankrupt. The figures would actually be more alarming if the pc crowd did away with the don't ask, don't tell policy of not requiring documentation for eligibility to receive services funded by taxpayers. Let alone the millions of anchor babies who further skew the numbers as "eligible" new citizens. Most of us in healthcare feel that the numbers are much higher among illegal receiving "uncompensated" care in addition to the overt fraud among aliens who use Medicaid cards of relatives without "fear". The medical records are astounding with multiple patients using one Medicaid ID (tell that to the immigration lawyers). Anyone who thinks that healthcare will become less expensive by universal government coverage while leaving the borders open to the flood of Third World aliens is someone who is smoking some bad weed. On top of all this idiocy, is the LA City Council who is demanding that stalls be built for illegal alien day laborers. Sure, invite them all to stay, take American jobs, pop out some more anchor babies and then ask where the money is for Americans.

Wal-Mart announced that it would market electronic record systems to small physician practices, a group that has not adopted these systems as widely as integrated payer and provider groups such as the Veterans Administration and Group Health.
This is not the first time Wal-Mart has provided a low-cost alternative in healthcare. Milliman principal and consulting actuary William Pollock recently published research about the market-changing success of Wal-Mart’s $4 generic prescription drug offering.
