LOS ANGELES - It is being suggested that former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith may have indirectly died from the breast enhancement and repair procedures that she underwent. Anna Nicole was apparently on a plethora of pills to ease the post-surgical pain and this may have led to her eventual death, medical experts said.

Smith was said to be on anti-depressants, painkillers and antibiotics; all of which are a part of the post-op pills given to patients recovering from extensive surgery.

Dr Sarah Jarvis told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper that such drugs could cause heart problems. "To take so many different drugs is unhealthy. Some anti-depressants can cause heart problems after surgery. Valium can cause respiratory problems," she added. "If an unfit person has surgery and takes drugs, it's possible they would have complications."

Some experts have even suggested that Smith may have had the operations too soon after giving birth to her daughter Dannielynn in September last year.

Anna Nicole Smith was found in an unconscious state at the Seminole Hard Rock and Casino Hotel last Thursday. Although paramedics tried to revive her, she succumbed soon after. At the autopsy no large amounts of any type of drugs were found in her blood, but experts said it could be at least five weeks before the final results are out.
