'The Legend of Zorro', the latest sequel to the western classic about the sword-fighting superhero, had a glitzy premiere at the Gateway Cineplex. This sequel is set in 1850 and Don Alejandro or Zorro, played by the brawny Antonio Banderas, is now married to the Elena, played by the gorgeous Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The marriage however, is not a happy one, as wife Elena and son Joaquin (played by the promising Adrian Alonso) feel neglected due to Zorro's preoccupation with his duty to fight injustice and evil. Zorro makes the hard choice and puts duty before his family; the marriage is on the verge of a break-up but the hero once again proves his mettle and wins back his love.

Needless to say, there is a lot of action and adventure. Zorro's horse Tornado adds a touch of hilarity and brings a comic relief to the movie. With most of the action stunts done by the actor himself, this movie has a realistic feel and reminds of the Western movies of the 40s and 50s.

'The legend of Zorro' has been made for a family-oriented audience. The movie is getting a PG rating in the US as the makers have made sure that it is suitable as well as enjoyable for a younger audience.

The same people behind and in front of the camera as the previous adventure 'The Mask Of Zorro' and the hard to miss on-screen chemistry of Banderas and Zeta-Jones have once again created movie-magic.
