LONDON - The condition of ethnic minorities in Britain is very dismal and at least 4 out of 10 live in poverty, according to a report by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. The study also said there were innate differences between different ethnic groups as well.

A British mother who coerced her two children -- a girl aged three and a boy of two years -- to fight against each other, captured the sequence in a video camera and enjoyed the footage with her mother and two sisters, has been found guilty along with the three by a Plymouth court.

LONDON - The BBC has named several of British Prime Minister Tony Blair's aides in the cash-for-honours scandal. The BBC said that two of Mr Blair's aides were connected with the injunction handed to the network on Friday preventing it from revealing details about an alleged e-mail between the two.
